Orti dei Berici’s French variety of the white garlic is an Italian product grown in the soils of the countryside of Vicenza, a short distance from our factory. From the moment the bulbs are planted in October (cloves) up to the harvest in June, we make sure that we comply with the highest quality standards (Global G.A.P).
The use of certified seed bulbs (cloves) allows us to be much more independent from the market availability, and it guarantees greater punctuality and sure delivery to our clients.
